All those creatures have different stories, but almost all of them are seeking to flee from the war between Illidan and the Burning Legion.

    After reaching exalted with Lower City, you’ll be able to purchase many different TBC transmogrification items from their vendor, such as weapons and class specific armor pieces. You’ll also be able to purchase their tabard for your collection

 How to get Lower City Reputation

    You can start WoW Lower City rep grind by completing runs until Revered inside one of three Terokkar Forest dungeons: Auchenai Crypts, Sethekk Halls or Shadow Labyrinth. After that, the only way to reach exalted is by completing the same dungeons in Heroic mode.
